Currently, we are seeking building industry professionals who are excellent operators with project management experience, proven leadership skills, sufficient net worth and a passion for solar energy.

Selection Criteria Includes:

Financial Capability
Minimum Liquidity: $250,000. Minimum Net Worth: $350,000

Operational Requirements
Each franchise candidate must have a person on his or her team with general contracting, mechanical or electrical engineering, architectural, plumbing, HVAC or service repair experience. Proven executive leadership skills is also required for large metropolitan markets. Your General Manager must have extensive experience in contracting or engineering with a history of superior customer service and project management. He or she must also reside within the desired market.
